Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 AUD

  • Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD

Shipping rates are subject to change. The rate shown at checkout is the final rate for your order.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 pm AWST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates are based on typical carrier timeframes and may vary due to location, peak periods, or unexpected delays.

Shipping Location
We currently ship within Australia only.
International shipping will be added in future updates.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, a re-shipping fee may apply.
