Damaged or Lost Items

Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind / “Unopened Product” Returns
Because nasal strips are personal and disposable, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind once the item is opened or used. However, if the product is unopened, sealed, and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
