🔁 NozoAir Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the personal and disposable nature of our products, we have strict return policies to ensure hygiene and customer safety. However, you are always protected under Australian Consumer Law.

✅ Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on opened or used products.

If your item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

⚠️ Opened or Used Products

As NozoAir nasal strips are classified as personal-use medical devices, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially used products for hygiene reasons.

Please choose your product and size carefully before purchasing.

🛠 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@auspharm.com.au.

We will offer a refund or replacement where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

💸 Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

  • You’ll receive confirmation once the refund has been issued

🔄 Return Instructions

If we approve a return:

  1. We will provide a return address and instructions

  2. Package the item securely

  3. Include your order number and contact info

  4. Ship using a trackable service (recommended)

Our returns policy does not override your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product:
